Booking Us

We are a small company and as yet don’t have dedicated office staff 9am-5pm. We are also often busy with groups from early to late 7 days a week. For that reason, it is best to email us as we usually won’t be able to answer our phones. If you phone expect to leave a message. Be assured that we will reply as soon as we can and this may be at evenings or weekends.

First Step - Read the Activity Webpage before you book!
It is important to go to the relevant activity page on our website and read all the information about the activity there before you book. This should tell you everything about our rules and what to wear. We turn people away regularly who come in the wrong clothes or come late.

If the activity you want is a ‘Book now’ activity then there will be a link on that page to our separate booking portal.

We use a Booking Portal that can take secure credit card payments from you. It then sends you a receipt to the email address that you type in. If you don’t receive the email reciept it may be because: You typed your email incorrectly Your Spam Filter has put it into your Spam Folder.

If you have a complaint or query then please discuss it immediately with your session leader or Event Co-ordinator. If still unhappy then please email the relevant Director (see contacts page). We will respond within 3 days to acknowledge your email. We will then take up to 7 days to investigate and reply to your complaint.
