Booking Us

We are a small company and as yet don’t have dedicated office staff 9am-5pm. We are also often busy with groups from early to late 7 days a week. For that reason, it is best to email us as we usually won’t be able to answer our phones. If you phone expect to leave a message. Be assured that we will reply as soon as we can and this may be at evenings or weekends.

Step 1:
Read the information on the relevant activity webpage, there may also be booking forms linked there.

Step 2:
Email us to see if the dates you want are available and with details of your group (numbers, age, desired activity)

Step 3:
We send you all booking information and forms and details of how to pay

Step 4:
We confirm your booking and details of your event.

Can’t find what you want?

If you cannot find the information or event you need on our site, email us and we will ring you to discuss your needs.

Payment Details

We prefer Bank to Bank BACS transfer and will send you details with your booking form.

Complaints

If you have a complaint or query then please discuss it immediately with your session leader or Event Co-ordinator. If still unhappy then please email the relevant Director (see contacts page). We will respond within 3 days to acknowledge your email. We will then take up to 7 days to investigate and reply to your complaint.
